Cancellation Policy

Studio Sevoia – Studio Session Policy Booking & Payment: A non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve your session date and time. Your session is not confirmed until the booking fee has been received. The remaining balance, if applicable, is due on the day of the session. Rescheduling: Life happens. Sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours notice. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours notice may require a new booking fee. Cancellation: All booking fees are non-refundable, as your session time is reserved exclusively for you. If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you may request to reschedule within the allowed timeframe. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your session. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time in order to respect other bookings. Image Delivery: After your session, you will receive an online gallery where you can select your included images. Image Usage: Studio Sevoia retains the copyright to all images. Images may be used for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested by the client. Studio Environment:To maintain a professional and comfortable environment, we ask that clients limit additional guests unless previously discussed.
